Camh: Technology Addiction
Sometimes you just need to grab a bottle of wine and illustrate random stuff.
We created a mock Spring 2018 issue. We focused on the interior and exterior design of restaurants and shops in Downtown Toronto and put it together in a fresh new way that still held true to their brand.
Photography and Design: Angelica Frak, Meghan Vanderstoep
My strategy was to create posters that trigger discomfort, and to associate that feeling with the feeling our target has felt when they were disconnected from technology; instilling on our target the realization that technology addiction is something that affects us all.

Graphic Designer
I am Meghan Vanderstoep and I am a Graphic Designer from Waterloo, Canada. I recently graduated from the Advertising and Graphic Design program at Humber College and am currently working as the in-house designer at Ten Thousand Villages Canada - a fair trade retail organization.

I decided to pursue a career in Graphic Design after spending a year as an ESL teacher at an elementary school in Haiti. While I was there, I made a video about the school and when I saw the impact the video had, I fell in love with the process of creating content that had the potential to influence people.

My attention to detail, passion, and ability to simplify complex ideas are just a few traits that make me an excellent designer.

I am inspired by finding new music, being in nature, playing songs on the piano, creating illustrations, yoga, and visiting new places.
